How to use the sharpener:
Insert your line edged knife in the sharpening slot.
Apply slight downward pressure on the knife edge, then pull the knife out of the slot.
Pull the knife out of the slot in the same direction every time, do not sharpen the knife back and forth.
Repeat the above 3-4 times, and your knife edge will be realigned and sharpened.
