Draw (6 o'clock position) you need to purchase the opposite hand holster.
For example, if you are right handed and want to wear the holster in the small of back position at 6 o'clock, but want to draw the gun with your palm facing out away from your body, you need to buy a left handed holster.
And vice versa for left handed shooters.  If you are left handed and want to draw from your back with your palm facing away from your body, then you need to purchase a right handed holster.
