Halloween Costume Cosplay Vtg 80's Bubble Strapless Tired Toska Dress Size Small

I have a lot of costumes, for Halloween, cosplay, and fantasy.  Putting them on buy-it-now so you can receive it in time before the holiday.  Many of these have been worn.  I will mention any damage I see but used costumes are being sold AS IS.  I do have some that are new.
Fun cotton mini dress has smocking in the back.  3 tiers at the hem that can be puffed up a bit and so can the bubble above the tiers.  Has larger loops on the side for a belt.
No size on this.  I am guessing it is small.  The chest is 36, waist 32, and hip 41.  Has a small spot in a pic you can see.  I am sure it is dry clean only.  Has a vent in the back and the lining feels like a satin.  Most likely from the 60's.  The gloves look dirtier than in person.  I have not tried to wash them.  Sort of a felt like fabric.
I mail USPS priority or UPS.  First class for light items and media mail for tapes or books.   I am happy to combine shipping for just what it costs me to mail to you from Oregon.  I have a smoke, pet and perfume FREE house because of my asthma.
